A Cedar Hill resident for over 21 years, Trustee Heyerdahl and his wife, Jill, are raising their family in Cedar Hill.  They have two teenage daughters, Elise, a college sophomore at the University of Oklahoma, and Mariah, a sophomore at Cedar Hill High School. Both girls were educated in CHISD, attending Bray, Lake Ridge, West, Permenter, the Ninth Grade Center, and Cedar Hill High School.

For over 20 years, Mr. Heyerdahl has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a printing company in Dallas, currently the seventh largest such firm in the Metroplex.

The Heyerdahl family attends Hope Lutheran Church in Cedar Hill.
